In the different verses of this song, the person acknowledges that they are not perfect and recognizes the mistakes they've made, which they attribute to a difficult past. They constantly mention that they are not inherently bad and hope to erase all the pain they've caused, always thinking that their significant other is the reason they strive to be better and to change.


This is very powerful, right?

"Say It Right" by Nelly Furtado

 Hello, music fan! ❤ I'm here for you. Have you ever faced a decision between maintaining your independence and falling in love, only to perhaps lose it? This week, let's talk about "Say It Right" by Nelly Furtado.  The lyrics reflect an internal struggle between the desire for independence and the need for connection with another person. The song was written late at night, around four in the morning. Nelly and her team had been watching Pink Floyd's "The Wall" on a giant screen all day without sound, which seemed to influence her subconscious.  For the music video, the team went to a clothing store and picked out outfits that brought out Nelly's playful side. It was a fun and spontaneous approach that added a unique energy to the project.  This idea of doing something fun and crazy can apply not just to work or the music industry, but to many aspects of life.
